Who we are

Revox is operated by DAIGEST, a French company registered under number 994 346 021, at 14 avenue du Général de Gaulle, 94160 Saint-Mandé, France. For any question about your data: contact@getrevox.com.

The data we process

If you visit this site: pages viewed, where you came from and how you interact with the page.

If you talk to the demo agent on this site: the call recording and its transcript, produced by our speech recognition provider Soniox, which our team reviews to follow up on your request. If you create your agent during the demo, its settings, drawn from your website and your answers, are kept so you can find it when you create your account, then deleted within three days; your website address and the kind of agent you chose stay attached to the call.

If you are a customer: your business contact details, login credentials and billing information.

If a Revox agent called you: your number, the call recording and its transcript. Those calls belong to our customer, who alone decides who is called and why; we carry them out on their behalf, as a processor. Write to us and we will tell you which company it is, then pass your request on to them.

Why, and on what basis

To deliver the service, answer your requests, improve quality, measure website audience and meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Depending on the case, this rests on the performance of our contracts, on our legitimate interest in promoting and improving our services, on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, or on a legal obligation.

For how long

Recordings and transcripts are kept for the period each customer sets in their workspace, and deleted on request. Account data lasts for the length of the contract, audience data thirteen months, invoices ten years as the law requires.

Who has access

On our side, only those whose role requires it. On our customers' side, only the people they authorise.

We rely on technical providers for hosting, telephony, voice and analytics; they use this data solely to run the service, and a named list is available on request. Where one of them is established outside the European Union, the transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Audience measurement

This site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and product analytics tools to understand where visitors come from and which pages interest them. No data from our customers' calls is ever sent to them.

Google Ads API

We use the Google Ads API to manage our own advertising account, with the authorisation of its holder. The data accessed is our campaigns, keywords and costs; it stays within our internal reporting tools and is never sold, shared with third parties, or used to train models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Google Calendar

If you connect Google Calendar to a Revox assistant, we read your list of calendars and the busy times of the chosen calendar (start and end only), and we create the meetings booked during calls in it. We never read or change your other events.

We only store the chosen calendar and its time zone; access tokens are encrypted by our authentication provider. You can revoke access at any time, from Revox or from your Google account.

This data is used solely to book your meetings: it is never sold, used for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models, or shared beyond the providers that run the service. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Text messages (SMS)

During or after a phone call, a Revox voice assistant may send you a text message related to that call, for example a link or contact details you asked for. Revox is operated by DAIGEST and sends these messages on behalf of the business you were speaking with. To do so we process your phone number, the content of the message and whether it was delivered.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is passed only to the telecom providers that deliver the message.

Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to a text message to stop receiving them, reply HELP for help, or write to contact@getrevox.com.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, retrieve in a readable format, restrict or object to the use of your data at any time. Write to contact@getrevox.com and we will respond within one month. You may also contact the French data protection authority at cnil.fr.
