No, they add up. One credit equals one prospect worked. Every month your plan tops your balance up with the volume you chose. Take the 1,000 credit plan: use 700 in January and you start February with 1,300. They never expire, and they work across all your campaigns and all your agents.
The calls stop, and nothing extra is billed to you. You top up whenever you want, or you move your monthly volume up.
